Dr. John Michael Garrett, the founder, has over 30 years of experience performing nearly 40,000 successful cataract/eye surgeries. He is a proven leader in the field, having introduced several groundbreaking techniques and treatments to the region. Dr. Garrett was the first surgeon to use the modern phacoemulsification technique for small incision cataract surgery in the area, as well as the first to perform refractive laser-assisted cataract surgery north of Green Bay, WI in 2013. He was recently recognized for his leading use of the Crystalens by Bausch and Lomb with the National Center of Excellence Award.

Garrett Eye offers a comprehensive range of eye care services, including advanced cataract surgery, premium lens implants, and refractive procedures like LASIK. They also provide treatment for glaucoma, cornea, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, corneal transplants, and strabismus. External eye diseases are also treated, with a focus on maintaining the health of the eye's protective structures.
